Chopper (PRINT)

18.00
As a child in the 1970's, if you had a chopper bicycle you were cool and if you could do a wheelie on it, super cool ...I didn't, but was happy playing hopscotch or hunting for snails in the prickly bushes at the bottom our alley with my friends instead.

This gilcée print comes from an stitched painting inspired by childhood memories of playing out in the street. Drawing with the thread, the stitches walk around the canary yellow paper between the bricks and the bike, connecting foreground with background.
